ID & Plastic cards

Our plastic cards are produced using the latest in digital print technology. The retransfer process is ideal for low volume or low frequency printing and our cards are more durable and abrasion resistant offering supreme colour and edge to edge printing. Yes – that’s right – no white edges. Using our innovative retransfer print process we deliver superior print resolution at the fastest speeds in its class for high-quality photo ID cards with images and graphics that look more like glossy magazine prints than ordinary ID photos.

What types of cards do you produce?

Photo ID cards, gift cards, advertising cards, membership cards – to name but a few – if it’s a plastic card you want – we’ll be happy to make it.

Minimum Quantity

The minimum quantity is 1 card.

Does size matter?

Of course it does! Our cards are 85.5mm wide by 54.5mm high (Like a standard credit card). Typically, thickness is 0.75mm.

What is the typical production time from approval to shipping?

Some orders can be produced within 24 hours using our fast track option. Otherwise, we will do our best to meet your deadline

Can I pop in and see a sample or pick up my order?

Regrettably the answer is no. You may chat with us on the phone, we can email you the design – but we are shy when it comes to meeting people face-to-face for ID cards. It’s nothing personal though. We can provide a sample of your card, however we must charge you the set up fee first as well as a €15 fee for the card. This is to cover the cost of the time spent in producing 1 single sample. If you proceed with the order, there is no additional set up charge.

Can you produce a fake ID card?

Can we? Of course we can. Will we? Nope! Please don’t ask us as we would prefer not to offend you when we refuse you – so let’s just stay friends.

How much does it cost?

Firstly there is a once-off set-up fee on all orders which is €65.00. Then there is a per card charge starting from €3 per card (over 50 cards) to €12 for a single card. The set-up charge is charged before commencement of any design work. If you have paid this as part of a sample production card, then you will not be re-charged this fee.

Can you do the design and layout?

Of course we can. And we do it pretty well!

What kind of photograph can you use?

It must be a digital good quality (profile photo size height 4cm x width 3cm  passport style). If you have an iPhone (or equivalent) you can hold the phone portrait style and snap away. A clutter free background, a nice smile with the person looking at the lens always looks nicer than a cropped out photo of somebody looking grumpy at a party! Your ID card will often carry your organisation logo that people will see – and we suggest that a good quality card – such as the one we produce – will portray a good image for your organisation.

What additional accessories can you provide?

We supply lanyards (neck strap), card holders, stickers, wallets. Lots of options, colours and styles – but simply too many to list here.

Security options

Additional features such as magnetic stripe, hologram or Braille can also be applied to your card for extra added security but minimum quantities may apply.

How would you like us to settle the account?

We’re not that fussy when it comes to being paid. We accept a business cheque or payment via PayPal before design or production commences. We charge 23% VAT on all orders along with postage. We do offer some discounts to charitable status organisations. We do not take credit cards, vouchers or IOUs, exchange of camels, vouchers or gold bullion as forms of payment.
