STREAM

STREAM – Strategic Training and Retention of Employees And Managers, specifically deals with the hospitality sector with a major focus on training and HR strategies used to recruit and retain staff in hotels. Essentially, the project will address the two most important and critical issues facing the hotel and catering sector of how to get the right staff, and how to keep the staff.

STREAM provides a training tool for HR practitioners and recruiters in the hospitality sector in the form of a multimedia training pack which focuses on methods to improve recruitment practices, increase employee retention and address issues relating equal access to employment in line with national and European legislation as well as industry standards of excellence.
