Building a good workforce and then efficiently managing it is dependent on a stable backbone in the managerial team that can provide the necessary support to its staff. Executives and managers often need to re-visit their own competencies and skills-sets to better understand and manage their own team. In-house, as well as off-site practical workshops focusing on team building, problem solving and communicating with staff – are some of the ways in which managers can re-shape their work practices. The sessions that we design can be combined using theoretical seminars with practical master class sessions. Participants’ activities are closely monitored and observed and their behaviour, actions, decision-making processes and communication style are recorded by our facilitators. Results and outcomes are compiled and presented at feedback sessions.
